presentations by the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and
City of Sheboygan- SEH, Inc.

Willow Creek Grant
SRBP is excited about our newest opportunity to improve Willow Creek. We have been awarded a grant through USEPA and WDNR, to complete a watershed plan for Willow Creek. We anticipate this project will start in October 2010 and be completed in the summer of 2010. This plan will allow communities and the public to become involved in protecting Willow Creek. We look forward to seeing the public at these upcoming events.
River Planning Grant
SRBP has also been awarded at 2009-2010 River Planning Grant for our Adopt-A-Stream Program. This grant will allow SRBP to hold several events for the Program including a Fish Passage Survey Training for volunteers and an Ephemeral Pond Ecology Seminar for the public. It will also fund an Adopt-A-Stream Coordinator to assist “Stream Friends” in their stewardship activities.
